We primarily handle transactions valued between $1 million and $20 million. Selectively, we involve ourselves in larger or smaller acquisitions and sales, when we believe we can create significant value.
TASC focuses on transactions that are too small to be of interest to investment bankers and that require more strategic advice and deal management assistance than normally offered by business brokers.
When there is the expectation of a corporate acquisition or sale, TASC assists clients to identify, assess and choose among strategic alternatives and to manage the transaction to a successful completion, if it is decided to seek one.
While TASC's services exceed those offered by business brokers, its fees are normally less than those charged by investment bankers.
Drawing on the experience of more than 30 years of negotiation and due diligence in hundreds of businesses in a broad range of industries, TASC also helps clients who meet our criteria to identify and solve major strategic and operational problems that may not involve an acquisition or sale. We also act as mentor to these clients.
